Last updated: October 3, 2026. This policy covers the Naksha app for ChatGPT (Vedic birth charts, daily transits, compatibility, sade sati and mangal dosha), served from https://mcp.naksha.social/mcp and operated by Upsurge Labs Pte. Ltd., Singapore. It is part of the full Naksha privacy policy at naksha.social/privacy (Section 19).
Only what ChatGPT passes to a tool when you ask: a birth date, birth time and birth city, a moon sign (rashi), and for compatibility the same details for a second person. No name, email, account, location or device identifier is requested.
Only to calculate the answer you asked for. City names are looked up in a place list bundled with the app; the app calls no external geocoding or other outside service.
Your inputs are processed in memory and discarded when the answer is returned. They are not saved, not linked to a Naksha account, not used to build profiles, and not sold, shared or used to train AI models. The app needs no login and sets no cookies.
Daily counts of how many times each tool was called and how many errors occurred, with the broad client type (for example, ChatGPT). These counts contain no inputs, IP addresses or identifiers.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes requests to run the app under its standard terms. No other party receives data from the app. Your conversation with ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's privacy policy: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Links back to naksha.social carry fixed campaign tags (utm_source=chatgpt, utm_medium=plugin, utm_campaign, and utm_content set to the tool and surface). They never contain your inputs or any identifier.
Because nothing you enter is stored, there is nothing to access or delete. You can stop using the app at any time from ChatGPT settings.
The app is not directed to anyone under 18.
